We are always looking to improve as we feel that is the only way to build a system that will be your first choice. We want to build efficiency into every step of our business not only for us for for you as well. We did out homework when it came to the heater options available in the market today. The problem is we didn't like any of them. They were either to tall and bulky, used single phase power that added heavy power cords, had a low CFM or they were under powered with BTUs so a service would take long periods of time to heat. They try to tell you its like slow cooking a frog if you raise the temp slowly the frog wont jump out. This is just a myth. Once they reach a level they are not comfortable they try to insulate or escape. These heaters have two hearts. One is the heater element. The other is the air flow. You must have high CFM to produce a even temperature in the room. The higher the CFM the further the air is pushed out of the was bottom of the unit runs up the walls where it is pulled back down by the intake on the top of the unit. With higher CFM you dont create a situation that overheats flooring or furniture nearest to the heater. In other systems with low CFM the temperature of the exhausting air is 20 to 30 degrees warmer then the ambient temperature as the time this can cause a scorching hot machine that can be dangerous to employees and public users.. By increasing the rate of air exchange you are effectively spreading that same heat into more air reducing the exhaust temperature to about a 9 degree temperature rise. Just that same air will travels through the system 3 times faster so you still get the same rise of ambient temperature but taking a much smaller risk to damage of the customers home and furnishings. So that is why we finally built our own brand. They are lighter then any other professional steel constructed product. We have more air flow then any of the other leading manufactures. The background that allowed us find these issues with the poor designs on the market and to invent such a machine would not be possible with out the extensive help of a close friend that has worked at NASA and is a retired Boeing engineer. Such a machine was a simple task for him to design. So we kept to basics while producing a machine that it better fitted for this industry. The machine is still fully steel construction, weighs only 45 lbs, stands 2 foot tall, is UL certified heater core, produces 3200 cfm, has 4 rolling wheels, designed not to overheat the immediate area, all parts are designed to work hard in the toughest of environments and can hold the weight of a 300lb man standing on top it. Nothing comes close.
Image to the right depicts that we have heated this environment to 149F however. This machine was scheduled to shut off at 150F. So while the coils were actively heating them machine was only 4 to 5 degrees warmer then the intake temperature. Is the recycling of this are more often that raises the temperature evenly and quickly. No more trying to push heat around now let the machine do that for you. Allow your cans to at as heat guns to push the heat in deeper into what ever house hold items that may need it the mores of just to push the heat dealer into the baseboard to be sure you get them all.
Recommended temperature is 135 F
